* It is necessary to contact EUROPA KICKSand obtain instructions before
returning any product to EUROPA KICKS.
* Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn
condition.
* Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect on the shoes, wrong
shoe size was sent, mistake made on the part of EUROPA KICKS.
* Unacceptable reasons for an exchange:Customer changed their mind,A
minor change in colour i.e light or dark
* When returning your item, you must make sure it is shipped double
boxed in order to protect the shoes as well as the shoe box. Any shoes
returned in the shoe box alone will be returned to the sender at their
expenses and no refund will be granted.
* Buyer may only return unworn shoes within 5 days of the purchase date
for exchange.
* We will charge a 25% restocking fee when returning your shoes.
* Buyer must use USPS Express to ship to us and it must include a
tracking number, we are not responsible for lost packages.
* All custom fees on returned package will be charged on the buyer.
Please mark it as a gift and worth a low value.
* All shoes returned must be unworn and in original box, with all
original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases), or fees will be applied
to unreturn item(s).
* Shipping charges for returns are NOT refundable.
* Processing of refunds may take up to 7 days.
